Jason Hughes is an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor and highly regarded Party Wall Surveyor.  Jason is a pragmatic and personable surveyor who specialises in neighbourly matters and resolving disputes.

Jason has worked within the construction and surveying industry for nearly 30 years.  Before creating The Party Wall Company in 2010, Jason quickly reached senior level in a large international surveying consultancy and has also worked for some of the largest property developers and landlords in the UK.

Anthony Morris is an experienced Building Surveyor with a meticulous approach to his profession.  He has a broad background in the construction and surveying industry.

Anthony has worked within the construction and surveying industry for nearly 20 years.  Amongst other organisations, Anthony has worked for a large international surveying consultancy and a large residential landlord.  Anthony has experience in both commercial and residential property sectors.

  • First Class Honours Degree from Southbank University in Building Surveying.
  • Member of the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors (FPWS).
  • Member of the Pyramus & Thisbe Club (P&T).

Phil Turner is an experienced Building Surveyor who has a wide-ranging knowledge of the construction industry, with 30 years’ experience. He has worked in construction management since 2004.

Phil has worked in private practice where he has worked on both residential and commercial projects ranging from new build to refurbishment.

Denise Hughes is a Director of The Party Wall Company.  Denise also provides administration support to Jason, Anthony and Phil.  Denise has completed the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors course in relation to the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.  This course covers the whole of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and this seminar is designed for Surveyors, Architects, Engineers and all those that have a responsibility for, and associated with, construction works.  Prior to working for The Party Wall Company in 2010, Denise was responsible for a team of 20 secretaries in a Top 20 global corporate law firm.

Julie is a dedicated and experienced member of staff. Julie co-ordinates all Party Wall matters and provides secretarial/administrative support to Jason, Denise, Anthony and Phil. Julie has completed the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors 2 day course in relation to the Party Wall etc. Act 1996. This course covers the whole of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and is designed for Surveyors, Architects, Engineers and all those that have a responsibility for, and associated with, construction works. Prior to working for The Party Wall Company, Julie has had experience providing secretarial support within Town Planning, Civil Engineering & the Construction Industry.
